I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Southern California, specializing in working with teens, young adults, and new parents who are struggling with anxiety, depression, and adjustment issues.
I use evidence-based treatments to help you or your loved one manage symptoms. I help my younger clients work through the many trials and adjustments that come with growing up, and I work with young adults who are experiencing periods of transition and often describe themselves as stressed out and overwhelmed. I also support new and expecting mothers and fathers who are struggling with perinatal mood disorders or simply need help adjusting to parenthood. Whether you are seeking support for yourself or for a loved one, I’m here to guide you through these difficult times and empower you with therapeutic tools that will last a lifetime.
