Welcome. I'm glad you're here. My approach is integrative and eclectic, combining mind–body awareness, trauma-informed care, and practical tools for everyday life. I believe healing happens through connection, curiosity, and learning new ways to respond to life’s challenges.
My approach
I offer a very open, non-judgmental, and safe space for all clients. There are no topics that are off the table. I intentionally use words like "Client" and "Collaborative" to keep you empowered and focused on your own personal goals.
My focus
Often times problems can impact nearly every aspect of life- Relational, educational, cognitive, emotional, spiritual, financial, etc. I believe strongly in practicing a holistic approach to living an optimal life. Whether it's substance use, trauma, grief, anxiety, or life transitions, I can help.
My communication style
I approach each session with warmth, honesty, and curiosity. I aim to create a space where you feel understood, supported, and empowered to move forward. I believe growth happens through honest dialogue and genuine connection.
My journey to mental healthcare
I began therapy at age 18, which led me to obtain both my undergrad and graduate degrees in clinical social work. My own healing was a powerful process that changed my life forever. I also took multiple personality tests, which rendered "Counselor" and "Advocate."
My goals for you
I help clients reach their goals through a collaborative, strengths-based approach that honors their unique experiences and inner resilience. Together, we identify patterns, build on what’s already working, and develop practical strategies for lasting change.
My first session with you
During the first session, we’ll take time to explore your story and what led you to seek therapy. I’ll share a bit about my approach and how we might work together to reach your goals. It’s a collaborative process from the start. You set the priorities, and I help guide the path forward.
