I became a counselor to help people break free from the anxiety cycle, rediscover confidence, and build strong, healthy connections with others. I provide compassionate, collaborative, and evidence-based anxiety therapy for individuals ready to find relief from anxiety, trauma, and self-defeating patterns that get in the way of joy and peace of mind.
