You are looking to make changes in your life but don’t know where to start. Or maybe it feels like there are too many changes, and it’s making you anxious. You may be in the midst of a life transition and feeling overwhelmed. There are many valid reasons people seek therapy, and because it is such a personal experience, I believe in a highly individualized approach.
My approach is eclectic but draws heavily from a psychodynamic framework. I’m passionate about therapy being a partnership, so I develop a strong therapeutic alliance with each client. It is my mission to foster a warm and safe environment where clients feel empowered to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences.
As a therapist, I am motivational, open, and attentive, holding space for you through it all. I make room for conflict and unhappiness and welcome adversity. Together, we will create a space for growth and change.
I hold a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Yeshiva University and earned my Bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. Call or email me to get your therapeutic journey started.
