The appointment was booked but they never showed up or communicated with me they were not showing up

Her schedule seems to move around a lot. Was contacted through email that she couldn’t make the scheduled appointment. So I picked a new date from the options given, then 90 minutes before the new appointment she cancelled again, through text this time. I wasn’t given an option to reschedule this time. Just my honest review, will have to find a new therapist and get help at a later date.
