In addition to her specialized work with these populations, Jennifer is experienced in treating anxiety, PTSD/trauma, and sleep disorders. She has a strong commitment to supporting the LGBTQ+ community, individuals involved in adoption or foster care, and military personnel and veterans. Jennifer’s therapeutic approach integrates mindfulness and CBT for insomnia, providing targeted interventions that address both mental health and related medical concerns. Outside of her clinical work, Jennifer finds peace in nature and enjoys spending time with her three Jack Russell Terriers. Whether reading a good book or exploring the outdoors, she values balance and self-care, qualities she encourages her clients to embrace in their healing journeys.
