Hello, I'm Jennifer, and I'm passionate about assisting individuals in improving their lives. I believe in providing a safe, non-judgmental atmosphere where you can experience growth, self-reflection, and insight building. My goal is to help you process trauma and manage related triggers, build strategies to improve relationships with yourself and others, and develop skills to decrease depressive, anxious, and obsessive thoughts while coping with stress. Together, we will work on building hope, resiliency, and motivation.

With a Master's degree (MA) and as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, I specialize in a variety of areas including addiction, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, family relationships, gender identity, grief and bereavement, intimate and romantic relationships, LGBTQIA+ support, OCD, PTSD, sex and intimacy issues, stress, and trauma. I also offer SonderMind Video Telehealth for those who prefer or require remote sessions.
