I am is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, with a Masters Degree in Mental Health Counseling.

I believe there are things we can do to help better our lives so we can live happier and be the best possible version of ourselves.
Helping people face challenges so they can learn to live life to its fullest is my passion. This may mean learning coping skills to manage stress or emotions more effectively or working through grief. My goal is to help you see your own worth so that change will occur.
