First session was great. We planned out our next session for the following week, then when I got into the waiting room, I was there for 45 minutes and didn't end up getting seen.
Tried texting, email, and even calling, and no response. Didn't really help my case at all.
Not only that, I ended up getting charged for that session. Definitely disputing this.
