Jenn is compassionate, knowledgeable and sincere. She is always helpful in any situation both in professional and personal. She is determined and goes above and beyond to advocate for her clients. She has quite a bit of experience when it comes to providing therapy and supervision. Her knowledge and passion for helping others is obvious to everyone she meets.

My goal is to create a safe space where you can feel comfortable exploring your thoughts, feelings and life situations. I will help you identify and understand emotional and behavioral patterns that may not be working, and then guide you to develop new avenues for thriving in relationships with yourself and others. With compassion and sincerity, I work with each individual to help you build on your strengths, learn new skills, and attain the growth and change you are committed to accomplishing.
I draw from a variety of approaches to therapy that are custom to your needs and life experiences. I use a person-centered approach that is strengths-based with everyone, and I add in cognitive behavioral therapy and acceptance and commitment approaches as indicated.
My experience working in therapy and the mental health field is varied and has given me a great base for empathy and understanding. I have worked in hospice doing bereavement counseling, worked with substance abuse/addictions, and also with people with serious and persistent mental illness. My experience doing clinical supervision and management have also contributed to my perspectives and understanding of work stress. I have specific training in Mindfulness, which I use when working with anxiety, depression, and grief. I work with adults to help facilitate change in your thinking patterns, relationships, and life in general.
My fees range from $130-$160 per clinical hour. I am an out-of-network provider for insurance companies which means that I can provide you documentation to submit to your insurance company for partial to full reimbursement, depending on your insurance plan.

Jenn was my supervisor. She was always available anytime I had a question or needed more consultation about a client case. Jenn was empathetic and genuine in her approach with me. She also gave me beneficial feedback that was critical to my growth as a therapist and a professional. I felt very supported by Jenn.
