I have extensive experience and expertise in effectively working with individuals who experience eating disorders, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, body image issues, and interpersonal struggles. I utilize several therapeutic principles, including Mindfulness, CBT, DBT, ACT, and ERP.
Approach
Authenticity, compassion, and empathy are the foundations of my approach to therapy. I look at the whole person, including biological, psychological, and social factors. This holistic view allows me to better understand an individual’s thought patterns, motivations, and behavior.
Above all, my primary objective is to “work myself out of a job” by creating a collaborative and safe environment where I can assist clients in achieving their therapeutic goals and acquiring knowledge and skills that will support and sustain their wellness outside of a therapeutic setting.
