I have worked with clients who have had multiple concerns, including depression, anxiety, anger, or relationship issues. My therapy style is person-centered and tailored toward the individual. I provide a warm, empathetic, and interactive approach to help validate and empower you while teaching you the skills needed to heal. I have experience using evidence-based practices, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.
