Whether you’re carrying the weight of trauma, grief, anxiety, or burnout, you don’t have to navigate it alone. My goal is to help you feel deeply seen and supported—exactly as you are.
I specialize in trauma-informed care, drawing from Brainspotting, EMDR, somatic processing, and emotion-focused approaches. These methods go beyond talk therapy to help you reconnect with your body, release what’s been held inside, and access your own internal wisdom. Together, we’ll explore the patterns, beliefs, and past experiences that may be keeping you stuck—and gently work toward healing and integration at your own pace.
