Getting to know Lindsey Kingsley

My name is Lindsey Kingsley, MA, LPC, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Wisconsin. I hold a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Cardinal Stritch University. Are you feeling unsatisfied or overwhelmed in your life right now? Perhaps you wish you had more control and confidence? I specialize in working with individuals to uncover their basic needs and feelings that leave them feeling disconnected from themselves and others. I am drawn to help those who struggle with depression, anxiety, grief, life transitions, or general life disturbances. I believe therapy should be a non-judgmental and safe space for you to learn more about yourself and truly give yourself the time, love, and attention you deserve. I work with a variety of concerns, including OCD, anxiety, depression, social skills, couples and family counseling, marriage counseling, life transitions, young adults transitioning into adulthood, relationship problems, grief, men's issues, and postpartum anxiety/depression. I use a variety of therapeutic approaches, but the core of my work is based on Person-Centered Therapy. This approach is built on the concept of unconditional positive regard toward your needs as a human. In other words, I aim to be real and authentic with you in a safe and therapeutic environment.
