I help people struggling with anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, phobias, and parenting issues. I am highly trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) as well. I specialize in empowering adults, children and families who are struggling with life’s challenges.
My style is interactive, individualized and solution-focused. I provide a non-judgmental and compassionate atmosphere in which individuals can safely explore and work through feelings, thoughts, and beliefs that may be keeping them from fulfilling their inner potential.
I have over a decade of experience working with women, children and their families who suffered from mental health illness in various outpatient and inpatient clinical settings throughout the state. I received a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Fordham University and am a licensed professional counselor here in Connecticut.
