I've had the privilege of working with diverse clients across all ages, including first-generation immigrants and minority communities. Holding a Master's in Psychological Counseling and an MEd in Mental Health Counseling from Columbia University, I bring a collaborative, culturally sensitive approach to help navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, identity, and life transitions. I take an eclectic approach, blending person-centered, cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, mindfulness, and motivational techniques to create a warm, non-judgmental space for self-exploration. Through reflection, validation, and support, we’ll uncover new perspectives, deepen self-awareness, and build meaningful coping skills.
