I’m Heidy Sanchez, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and the founder of Sana Counseling & Wellness Services, LLC.
With over a decade of experience in the mental health field, I work with women as they work toward their goals and free themselves from the weight of limiting thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
With over a decade of experience in the mental health field, I work with women as they work toward their goals and free themselves from the weight of limiting thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals, families, and groups across the lifespan, addressing a wide range of challenges. I don’t believe in a “one-size-fits-all” approach to therapy—each person’s story is unique, and their treatment should be too.

I’m committed to co-creating a personalized therapeutic experience with every client. As a relational therapist, I believe that the connection between therapist and client is the cornerstone of meaningful progress. My goal is to offer a safe, supportive space built on trust, empathy, and mutual respect—where you can feel seen, heard, and empowered. In our first session together, we'll start building our partnership simply by getting to know each other and diving into the specific challenges you're facing. My goal is to get to know you and develop a clear understanding of who you are, what brings you to treatment, and how I can support you. Together we will create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions. Let's work together to shed the weight of expectations, pressure, and shame and get you where you want to be.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
