I am a Licensed Professional Counselor certified in the state of Texas and I have been practicing for approximately 5 years. I use Solution Focused Therapy as my primary treatment approach. One of my top specialties is working with individuals inflicted with trauma.

My focus
Regarding populations, I have knowledge in working with active duty military and their families, as well as civilians and children and adolescents. The way I typically approach therapy is by first identifying what the goals are and building rapport throughout the session. Sometimes the goal is to just be listened to and that is completely fine and sometimes the most helpful. My goal as a therapist is to help the client develop interventions to help address their goals and help them to be as successful as they can be.
