Jervin was born and raised in San Jose, CA. I've always been an active individual growing up, which led me to get my Bachelor's of Science in Kinesiology at Cal State East Bay. After working in an outpatient physical therapy clinic for 2.5 years, I went on to complete my Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Chapman University.
I believe in creating an individualized treatment plan for every patient that walks through the door. My favorite part of my job is educating patients about the benefits of physical therapy in decreasing pain and injury prevention. My goal as a therapist is to provide an experience that leaves patients feeling better, empowered, and motivated to reach their goals. In my free time I enjoy reading, playing basketball, golf, and spending time with family and friends.
