Jessi is a LMHC in the state of Washington who offers a warm and nurturing presence to help you feel welcome, seen, and heard. Her therapeutic approach is grounded in relational, psycho-dynamic, object relations, and interpersonal therapy. She believes in the importance of a strong therapeutic relationship and she provides a safe place for you to begin to trust and feel secure, so together, you can work toward healing and change.
Jessi specializes in working with women in various stages of life from the stress of adulting, adjusting to parenthood, aging, retirement and all the transitions in between. She believes life meant for connection, fulfillment and joy and she can help you find your way toward inner peace, self-compassion and rewarding relationships.
Jessi also works with religious trauma from a fundamentalist Christian background or upbringing.
