I specialize in working with adults with depression and anxiety, as well as clients dealing with chronic medical issues, grief and relationship struggles. I am trained in and utilize a variety of different evidence-based therapeutic modalities in order to best address the needs and preferences of each individual client. I believe strongly in the importance of the therapeutic relationship and in creating a comfortable, compassionate, and supportive environment where clients feel heard and are empowered to express themselves. In addition to my work as a psychotherapist, I currently provide social work and counseling services to patients at an outpatient medical clinic.
