OH
I am a compassionate mental health counselor specializing in anxiety, trauma, depression, and self-esteem. I provide a safe, supportive space for young adults and adults to explore their thoughts, emotions, and personal growth. My approach Using evidence-based approaches like DBT, Mindfulness, and Trauma-Informed Care, I help clients build resilience, develop coping strategies, and regain confidence. I tailor each session to individual needs, guiding clients toward healing and self-acceptance. My focus Whether the person is facing stress, anxiety, depression, or self-esteem challenges. I meet clients where they are and provide compassionate, individualized care to support their healing and growth. My communication style I communicate with clients using a warm, compassionate, and professional tone. I create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and supported. I use clear, gentle language, validate their experiences, and focus on collaboration and strengths. My journey to mental healthcare My journey to becoming a mental health provider started with a passion for listening to others and creating space where people feel safe. Early on, I found purpose in validating others’ feelings and occasionally sharing parts of my own story to remind them they weren’t alone. I began my work with children, helping them navigate big emotions and life changes. Over time, I transitioned to working with adults and found that the same core values, empathy, connection, and support, carried through. Being a counselor allows me to combine my love for understanding people with a commitment to helping them heal and grow. My goals for you I help clients set and reach treatment goals by working collaboratively to identify what matters most to them. Together, we develop coping skills, improving self-esteem, or managing anxiety or depression.
