I know it can be vulnerable to look into therapy, and I am here to make this experience as easy as I can for you. I love helping people truly love themselves and develop self-compassion.
I am here to help you find yourself, discover what truly makes you happy in life, and live life to its fullest.
I am here to EMPOWER YOU in your goals and healing journey. I'm also a huge believer that there is always hope and will help you feel this every step of the way.
I earned my bachelor's in Psychology and my master's in Clinical Social Work from Brigham Young University.
When I am not working, I am typically doing something active—whether that’s CrossFit, running half marathons, or taking my little toddler on adventures. I love to read and am always trying to grow as a person, which helps me better serve people like you. I also enjoy being around friends and family and love meeting and connecting with new people. The thing that brings me the most joy in life is spending time with my sweet 3-year-old girl and watching her excitement for life.
