My clinical background began in healthcare, where I provided social services, care coordination, and case management to patients experiencing acute and chronic medical illness. In 2020, I expanded my work to support adults with life event changes, stress, anxiety, depression, grief, relationship concerns, family stressors, career pressures, motivation, and self-esteem. I am committed to building a trusting relationship through listening, honesty, and empathy. I look forward to working with you and taking the first steps to feeling better.
