Jillane is very easy to talk to. She has a great memory without writing things down. I'm always surprised at things that she mentions from previous sessions. She's not afraid to call me out on things that I've done or said. I appreciate that. I've been coming to see her and ,separately, my teenage grandson has. He has made a lot of progress talking to jillane. From the beginning he would ask when he could go back and see her again. She is very understanding of what teenagers are going through. She's really helped both of us a lot!
