As a therapist, I prioritize building a trusting and collaborative therapeutic relationship. I draw from cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and
client-centered approaches to tailor treatment to your individual needs. When planning treatment, along with the input from my patients, I recognize that each client has unique goals and strengths.
My clinical experience includes working with a wide range of clients. I treat individuals (adolescents and adults), couples and families struggling with anxiety, depression, addiction, infidelity and poor communication to name just a few. My areas of specialization include school avoidance in adolescents and executive functioning in both adolescents and adults. I have also worked extensively with women suffering from postpartum issues.
My empathic nature, active listening, and proactive style support meaningful and lasting progress. I am eager to help you identify your strengths to help you attain the progress you desire. Together we will tackle whatever issues you bring to therapy.
