Jim holds a B.Sc. in Health Studies and a MS in Physical Therapy from Boston University, where he also was a member of the Division I wrestling team. Jim is an NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Certified Personal Trainer, and an NASM Performance Enhancement Specialist. He worked extensively with athletes of all levels at the Reikes Center for Human Enhancement in Menlo Park, California and at Mike Boyle Strength and Conditioning in Massachusetts before becoming a physical therapist in 2001. Jim specializes in sports medicine and spinal rehabilitation. His interests include resistance training, playing volleyball, collecting and performing music.
