I aim to support my clients in finding meaning, fulfillment and success on their own terms. I utilize a strengths based approach creating a safe space free of judgement that is built on empathy and collaboration. Working together, we will develop a deep understanding of your inner self while learning to recognize patterns that may be holding you back from the life you deserve. I work with clients who struggle with relationships, anxiety and panic attacks, time management issues, and life-cycle transitions. I also have significant experience with adolescents, parents and foster parents.
I have a diverse background in family, teen and life coaching, supplemented by clinical counseling and training in evidenced-based practices. My approach is informed by my extensive experience in the arts and draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness and Insight Therapy.
In the therapy space, we will create a balance between structure and flexibility dictated by the clients preferences and goals.
