Joel helped me to feel comfortable talking about many topics through my experiences in first separating from with hope for reconciliation and then divorcing my husband. He helped through navigating through the pain and anxiety associated with that, and he's helped with managing the anxiety, discomforts, and effects on other important relationships in my life. He's been a vital part of the last part of my life.

Joel is good at making you feel comfortable right away with some laughter to put you at ease before starting to get into opening up about what's going on in your life. Being a bit shy about that, this helped me a lot definitely reccommended.

We are living in challenging times. How do we navigate to maintain our equilibrium? If you seek a kind, knowledgeable therapist to support you, I can help. You will be accepted for who you are and honored for all your attributes. As your co-pilot, together we will guide you to becoming more of who you want to be and how you wish to feel.
Building on my broad experience in mindfulness, spirituality and counseling you can deepen your connection with inner peace and joy. Also, your relationship, career and education goals will be more fully realized.
Practical problem solving, mindfulness based approaches and proven counseling methods, such as CBT will be drawn upon to accomplish your goals. The strengths-based perspective will be used to improve relationships, self esteem and to better empower you to achieve your dreams. I have been counseling clients for fifteen years.
The fee for video conference service is $150 for 50 minutes. Payment is due within 48 hours after the session. Subsequent sessions will not be held until payment has been received. Insurance is not accepted but documentation for out of network coverage can be provided.
