I have extensive experience helping people who struggle with any type of behavior that they would like to change, particularly as it relates to thought obsessions, compulsive/impulsive behavior and addictive behavior. Along with those thoughts and behaviors, there are those who suffer from depression, loneliness, anxiety, self-doubt and poor self-confidence. Many such individuals have experienced trauma or live stressful lives. I am here to listen and to help. I have also worked successfully with children who have ADHD, ADD, peer issues, poor self-esteem, anger or problems at school. Additionally, I help couples understand their relationships better, communicate successfully and overcome obstacles such as constant fighting or infidelity. All services are available in either Spanish or English. Yo hablo espanol.

Whatever you think about therapy - the therapist is stiff and doesn't smile, you are wrong with John. He's a real person, very down - to - earth kind. I feel much better after each session.
