About John Jaworski

I have been working in the fields of social work, mental health therapy and psychiatric care for 33 years. In that time I have found collaborative work with adolescents and their surrounding families to be the most rewarding endeavor. I have worked with chronic mentally ill adults in both residential and hospital settings. I have worked with youth in crisis care. I have done outreach family therapy as a part of the family preservation movement. I have been a contract provider for reconciliation services. I have worked with teenage boys in an in-patient substance abuse program providing metal health services. I have been a Washington state social worker. I have worked with kids who have been diagnosed on the autistic spectrum and their families. I have been employed in therapeutic foster care. I have maintained a small private practice for the past ten years.

Jay was warm, professional and provided really powerful guidance. Can't thank him enough, and have continually revisited since I first worked with him.

I adore Jay as my therapist. I have seen him prefessionally for at least 3 years and he has helped me grow tremendously as a person. He doesn't allow me to circle in the same patterns, but has been monumental inbreaking of destructive patterns. I appreciate him! His area of opportunity is technology and billing. Every other doctor I've seen provides an itemized receipt sometime after the visit. When I asked him for this, it seemed like a foreign concept. I like to keep meticulous records for medical and not having this availble could be a determent to his business.

Jay helped me by giving me some very important coping skills. I was struggling with grief and suffering from extreme insomnia and loss of appetite. This had been compounded by a cancer scare that luckily ended up being nothing. With somerenewed relaxation techniques and meditation mantras I was back on my feet in about six months. My anxiety and responses to crises are much improved.
