Jay was warm, professional and provided really powerful guidance. Can't thank him enough, and have continually revisited since I first worked with him.
I adore Jay as my therapist. I have seen him prefessionally for at least 3 years and he has helped me grow tremendously as a person. He doesn't allow me to circle in the same patterns, but has been monumental in breaking of destructive patterns. I appreciate him! His area of opportunity is technology and billing. Every other doctor I've seen provides an itemized receipt sometime after the visit. When I asked him for this, it seemed like a foreign concept. I like to keep meticulous records for medical and not having this availble could be a determent to his business.

Jay is a compassionate listener. He consistently provides constructive advice and recommendations.
Jay was warm, professional and provided really powerful guidance. Can't thank him enough, and have continually revisited since I first worked with him.
Jay is incredible warm, caring, and insightful. I was deeply moved by the genuiness he brought to his office. Not only did I leave with a sense of well being after every visit, I also felt cared and loved.
Jay helped me by giving me some very important coping skills. I was struggling with grief and suffering from extreme insomnia and loss of appetite. This had been compounded by a cancer scare that luckily ended up being nothing. With some renewed relaxation techniques and meditation mantras I was back on my feet in about six months. My anxiety and responses to crises are much improved.
