Extremely warm, attentive and easy to talk to. Only met with him for video sessions due to Covid but it has gone really well. I appreciate his care and experience in the area of anxiety.

I specialize in treating anxiety, and work with clients who want to move beyond anxiety and anxiety-related depression. This is a clinical focus which includes panic attacks, social anxiety, agoraphobia, concerns about health conditions, and generalized anxiety and worry.
I have over a decade of training and experience in mindfulness-based psychotherapy, somatic psychotherapy and cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy, with additional specialized training in group psychotherapy, Gestalt Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Somatic Experiencing, and suicide assessment and intervention. I trained at the Noeticus Counseling Center and Training Institute, worked as a youth advocate at Mental Health Partners, counseled college and graduate students at Naropa University, have led Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Smart Recovery, and other mental health recovery groups in various settings, and have provided individual and group therapy to inmates at Boulder County Jail. I have worked in private practice since 2018.
Prior to transitioning to work as a psychotherapist, I spent a decade leading and consulting on technology and business turnaround projects in the United States and Australia.
I graduated magna cum laude from Georgetown University and completed a master's degree in Transpersonal Counseling Psychology at Naropa University. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Certified Addiction Counselor in the state of Colorado, and a member of both the American Counseling Association and the Colorado Counseling Association.
