Change is difficult, and often unavoidable. I work with people who are looking to overcome the obstacles in their lives. Everyone needs growth, and often the greatest opportunities are found in the greatest of challenges. Though we cannot always choose what happens to us, we can always exercise self awareness and decide how we are going to move forward. It is when we disengage from our struggles and the need to move past them that we cease to make conscious decisions. My clients come to therapy looking for their own unique transformation. It is my great privilege to assist them in making it happen.
Trust is essential in building relationships. Without trust, therapy and healing cannot occur. It is with this principle in mind that I aim to earn your trust from our first encounter. My primary goal is to build the therapeutic relationship necessary to assist you on your journey. From there we can work together to achieve your goals.
