What is your typical process for working with clients?

My therapeutic work draws from a person-centered approach. I believe that every individual has the ability to create the life that they want. Together, we will collaborate on navigating difficult emotions and thought patterns. I am skilled in psychodynamic and CBT modalities. I have worked with adults, teenagers, those in recovery, and the LGBQT+ community.
