I am a licensed therapist committed to helping individuals overcome challenges and improve their mental and emotional well-being. I use different therapeutic approaches, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), to guide clients through their healing process. I strongly believe in the connection between the body, mind, and brain—and how they work together to influence our emotions and behavior.
