With a Master's in Social Work from the University of Hawaii, I bring a heightened sense of professionalism and a personal commitment to assisting individuals and families in gaining control over their lives and fulfilling their potential as human beings. I am a client-centered, solution-focused, and evidence-based therapist with extensive experience supporting those facing challenges such as depression, stress, anger management, anxiety, pain, relationship and family issues, occupational stressors, crisis events, and difficult life circumstances.
