My job is to work for you; to help you to achieve your goals. I believe you have the answers to many of life's greatest questions already, but perhaps may not have the ability to access those answers. I work to create an environment in which you will feel safe to explore those questions and recognize the answers you already have.
With nearly a decade of experience in the mental health and addictions fields, I have developed an appreciation for working with individuals from all walks of life. My theoretical orientation is rooted in a polyvagal theory-informed approach to cognitive behavioral therapies. More specifically, I offer traditional CBT, Cognitive Processing Therapy (a manualized approach for trauma recovery), skills from DBT and other nervous system-informed approaches. I look forward to helping you live the life you want.
