I am a queer, trans, white, neurodivergent person who is here to support and explore your internal world with you. As a queer trans person, I never felt completely understood by my therapists growing up, and, as a result, I want to provide a reliable, secure, and affirmative support system for others. I believe that therapy needs to be intersectional, intentional, and collaborative. Mental wellness looks different for everyone, and what works for one client may not work for another; the best work is done when a client and therapist work as a team. I hold a Master's in Mental Health Counseling from New York University, which has equipped me with the skills to provide thoughtful, inclusive care tailored to each individual's unique experience.

Julie created a wonderful safe environment, making me feel empowered to really think through my emotions and share them without fear of judgment. I always felt heard and like every detail was picked up on and cared for by Julie. I highly recommend them as a therapist!
