My name is Julian “JT” Thomas. I am a LMSW and an Army combat veteran. I have been in the mental health field since 2020 working with veterans, first responders, civilian population and active-duty service members. I utilize person-centered techniques to meet you where you’re at in a calm and judgement-free manner to help start the process of healing. My focus is chronic depression, anxiety, suicidal ideation, and personality disorders. I utilize the modalities of CBT, mindfulness and C-DBT within my groups and individual sessions.
