What should a new client know about working with you?

My clinical approach is rooted in evidence-based methods, with a strong emphasis on trauma informed care. I utilize attachment based modalities such as Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). I have completed Gottman Method Couples Therapy Level Two, which informs my work with couples as they strengthen communication, deepen intimacy, and rebuild trust. Additionally, I am EMDR trained to support clients in processing trauma and distressing life events. Through my intermediate training in Somatic Experiencing (Advanced 1 Training), I integrate a mind-body approach to healing trauma, which helps client restore sense of safety and regulation in their nervous system.
