I became interested in physical therapy during my undergraduate studies in Exercise Science at Elon University. I fell in love with Boston while visiting for the DPT accepted students weekend at BU and completed my doctorate degree there in May of 2020. I have been working for Professional Physical Therapy since 2021.
Since starting at Professional Physical Therapy, I have furthered my education by completing a year long orthopedic manual therapy specialization through the Institute of Orthopedic Manual Therapy and pelvic health courses through Herman & Wallace. I also became a board certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist in 2024. I am passionate about bridging the gap between general orthopedic and pelvic floor conditions to bring awareness and care to those in need such as women in pregnancy and postpartum, and female athletes. I enjoy treating people of all ages and stages of life and empowering them with the tools to live active and be in control of their pain.
