Julie received her Master of Arts degree in Counseling Psychology from Bethel University. She has experience in providing services in both community based and outpatient settings. Julie has received additional training in Trauma- Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and has extensive experience working with children and families, that are affected by trauma. Julie has additional training in Trauma Informed Child Parent Psychotherapy (TI-PP), a family-based evidence-based treatment for children ages birth to 6 years of age, who have early trauma histories. Julie enjoys working with children and their families and has over 20 years of experience serving children in a variety of settings. She places an emphasis on improving trusting relationships to help promote the social and emotional development of children.
