Often the first few sessions will focus on understanding what you, as a person, are contending with, how it is effecting your life, and what you would like to get out of therapy. Often this may involve a lot of questioning, but just as much, if not more listening on my behalf. From there, we will delve into how I can assist you in finding ways to address what you are facing.
