I address a range of psychological challenges they may face, including anxiety, depression, perinatal concerns, and relationship issues encompassing familial, romantic, and friendships. Moreover, our sessions delve into exploring the unique stressors and mental imbalances that can arise from navigating the professional world as a Black woman, as well as the broader experiences of being a Black individual in a modern-day Eurocentric America.
