I specialize in working with women navigating life transitions and the uncertainty, anxiety, and identity shifts that can come with them. I help women understand who they are, what they want, and how they want to move forward.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach is warm, compassionate, and collaborative. My work is informed by trauma- focused practice, mindfulness, and the mind-body connection. With my background in dance and experience with yoga and mindfulness, I incorporate body-based and mindfulness practices when helpful to support clients in feeling more grounded, present, and connected to themselves.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Maybe you’re in your twenties and feel lost after years of school, wondering, “Okay... now what?” Maybe you’re questioning your career, navigating changes in relationships, becoming a parent, or simply realizing that the life you once envisioned no longer feels like the life you want. Often these doubts can show up even when everything looks “right” from the outside. In a typical session, we will work on understanding who you are, what you want, and ways to want move forward.
