I have four years of experience working with children and families impacted by autism. I am certified in Trauma Focused CBT. I have also worked with youth in the juvenile justice system.
I have always been passionate about helping others by improving their lives. My main focus is to offer a safe, nonjudgmental space for you to process life events, thoughts, and emotions that have impacted your life. I believe that everyone has the strength and resilience within them to overcome their trauma and/ or obstacles that stand in the way of peace.
