Hello, thank you for taking an interest in my profile. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and I provide therapy through an online platform. I specialize in working with the military population and am trained to support adults and healthy aging. I became a therapist because I saw the stigma around attending treatment and thought I could help people feel comfortable in their decision to better themselves. I utilize talk therapy, written materials, and mixed media in my treatment plans. In my personal life, I enjoy being outside with my chickens and watching reality TV.
