Whether that “You” is a hardworking single mom living in survival mode, a young college student trying to figure out this whole adulting thing, or just a little human trying to make sense of your world (or anyone in between), WE got this :)
In my decade and a half of experience, I’ve worked with all ages from 4 to almost 80. I have specialized in kids with tough backgrounds and trauma but have also had great success with adults who just need someone in their corner to remind them of who they are and what they are capable of! Life can be tough, but it doesn’t have to be unmanageable. Let me be your partner in healing and learning.
I hold a Master’s in Counseling Psychology from Tarleton State University, which has equipped me with the skills and knowledge to support you on your journey.
