Karli has extensive experience working with individuals who struggle with eating disorders in an inpatient setting. She has also done some short-term outpatient therapy work with individuals in a primary care setting.
Karli has experience using CBT and DBT modalities but prefers to use a narrative and psychodynamic approach. She believes her experience and approach would be a best fit with individuals who are young adults (ages 18-29), who may struggle with disordered eating, anxiety and depression.
