Kate says, "As a therapist, my goal is to show you that you are worthy of love and health just as you are. I believe that God's grace extends to all without exception, and I seek to do the same. The goal of my work with clients is to hold up a mirror and to help you recognize the role you play in each of your relationships. I believe our relationship health directly affects our mental health, and when one improves, so will the other. I take a collaborative approach with my clients and will often challenge clients to utilize their own experiences and expertise to resolve issues, rather than just provide my own solution. I also enjoy providing psychoeducation about health and wellness, including parenting techniques and communication or conflict resolution skills. I look forward to the opportunity to work with you and to offer you empowerment, resolution, healing, and most of all, grace.
